The Top 30 Finalists for Miss South Africa 2023 will be revealed on Wednesday
The Top 30 Finalists for Miss South Africa 2023 will be revealed on Wednesday: The Miss SA organization claims this. The criteria governing this year’s Miss SA contest entrance requirements have recently undergone significant modifications by the competition.
Married women with children were not previously permitted to compete for the prized crown, but this year’s pageant broke barriers and allowed them to participate.
Tomorrow Wednesday, May 24, at 19:00 on the Miss South Africa app, the Top 30 candidates vying for the crown of Miss South Africa 2023 will be revealed live.

This year we have pushed more boundaries than ever before, and we are delighted to welcome all women who are ready to step onto our leadership platform and be the next ambassador for South Africa, said Stephanie Weil, CEO of the Miss South Africa Organization.
“Women are capable of a wide range of roles, including that of business owners, executives, innovators, influencers, mothers, daughters, benefactors, role models, ambassadors, and queens. The competition’s primary objective will be on showcasing everything’s diversity.
Miss South Africa is no longer a one-night event; viewers will get to know the finalists through the television show.”
“This is a game changer for South African women, and it’s a bonus for us as an organization because it means we have a much larger pool of women eligible to enter,” Weil said.
Miss South Africa 2022 second place Ayanda Thabethe will be representing Mzansi at the Miss Supranational competition in Poland on July 14th, according to the Miss SA organization.
“I’m stepping into some big shoes.” Miss South Africa 2021 Lalela Mswane is the reigning Miss Supranational, succeeding Miss Namibia Chanique Rabe. I’m excited for the next phase in my adventure. However, the introduction of Project Khulisa, which I hope is going to make a difference in places that need it the most, is equally significant to me.”
Thabethe has always been interested in the topic of nutrition and food security, and when she entered the pageant last year, she was in her last year of a BSc in Dietetics and Human Nutrition at the University of KwaZulu Natal.
