Looking back

When I think of where we started and how far we’ve come, I am so proud of us. Maftwon Heights served as a source of inspiration for the Khuli Chana foundation and studio. After the success of Motswakoriginator, my first album, I wanted to create something that could be bigger than myself, he remarked. Maftwon Heights is the result of that.

In 2022, Khuli formed the Khuli Chana Foundation, which works to improve the educational system by addressing the issues that have been identified.

Within the same year, the Tswa Daar rapper established Khuli Chana Studios, which is a place for young creatives to meet and collaborate.

According to sounds of GP, The studio is a playground for creatives, including but not limited to the production of television shows, podcasts, music, live streaming, and rehearsal space for bands. In an interview that took place at the time of the debut, he stated that it is a rich source of chances for all creative individuals.

For the rapper who is married to DJ Lamiez Holworthy, the past few years have been filled with a lot of unique experiences.

In the previous year, he completed his studies at the South African film school, AFDA, which is also known as the School for the Creative Economy, and received an honours degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
