Club Career

Utrecht

Feyenoord

He became a Feyenoord player in the summer of 2017. He agreed to play for Utrecht for four years and paid them €4 million to get him.

Because he could only play for two teams during the season, Amrabat stayed on loan at Hellas Verona until the end of the 2019–20 season.  He was named Hellas Verona’s Player of the Season in July 2020.

Amrabat’s first game for Fiorentina was on September 26, 2020, when they lost 4–3 to Inter Milan. His team lost to West Ham United 2–1 in the 2023 UEFA Europa Conference League final, and he started and played the whole game.

Manchester United

Amrabat moved from Fiorentina to Manchester United on loan on September 1, 2023, which was the last day of the transfer window.

He will stay there until the end of the 2023–24 season. United paid Fiorentina £8.5 million for a loan, and they have the chance to buy the player for £21.4 million. On September 23, he played his first game in the Premier League.

He came off the bench in the 89th minute to replace Jonny Evans in a 1-0 win away at Burnley. Three days later, Amrabat made his first start for Manchester United in a 3–0 home win over Crystal Palace in the third round of the EFL Cup.

He played for an hour before being replaced. CAF put Amrabat forward for the 2023 African Footballer of the Year award on November 1, 2023.
